Who We Collaborate With

  • marketing agencies;
  • PPC specialists;
  • SEO teams;
  • SMM agencies;
  • design studios;
  • branding teams;
  • CRM/automation specialists;
  • freelancers;
  • companies that do not provide development services but regularly receive related client requests.

Partnership Formats

1. Client Referral Partnership

You refer the client — we handle the implementation

How it works:

  • you introduce us to the client;
  • we handle all communication directly;
  • we analyze the project;
  • we prepare the commercial proposal;
  • we implement the project;
  • we continue supporting the client afterward.

In this format, the partner:

  • does not manage the technical side;
  • does not handle project management;
  • receives a partner commission from the completed project.
Standard partner commission starts from 10% depending on the project type and scope.

2. Technical Outsourcing (White Label)

You work with the client — we handle the technical implementation

How it works:

  • you communicate directly with the client;
  • you send us the technical requirements;
  • we estimate the scope of work;
  • we work as your technical team;
  • payment is made to us by you, not by the end client;
  • you define the final pricing for the client.
Fully white-label collaboration without direct communication with the end client is possible.

How Collaboration Starts

  1. You send a request or technical specification
  2. We analyze the project
  3. We prepare an estimate and collaboration format
  4. We align the workflow and process
  5. We start the project
Most partnership requests are reviewed asynchronously before scheduling calls.

What to Include in Your Request

To help us review your request faster and prepare an estimate, we recommend including the following information:

  • information about your company or team;
  • website and/or social media links;
  • preferred collaboration format;
  • a short project description;
  • technical requirements or feature list;
  • references or examples;
  • preferred timeline;
  • approximate budget;
  • whether white-label collaboration is required;
  • whether direct communication with the client is expected.

The more detailed the initial request is, the faster we can estimate the project, suggest the most suitable collaboration format, and define the timeline and budget.

FAQ

01
Who do you collaborate with?

We collaborate with marketing agencies, PPC specialists, SEO teams, design studios, SMM agencies, CRM integrators, automation specialists, and other companies whose clients require technical implementation and development services.

02
What collaboration formats do you offer?

We work in two main formats:

  • client referral partnership with partner commission;
  • white-label collaboration where you manage the client communication while we handle the technical implementation.

The collaboration format is discussed individually before the project starts.

03
Do you work as a white-label technical partner?

Yes. We can work as a fully white-label technical team without direct communication with the end client. In this format:

  • you manage the client;
  • you define the final pricing;
  • you control communication and project management;
  • we handle the technical implementation.
04
Can you communicate directly with the client?

Yes, if it is a referral partnership format or another agreed collaboration model.
For white-label partnerships, we can remain completely behind the scenes and avoid direct communication with the end client.

05
What types of projects do you work on?

We work with:

  • corporate websites;
  • landing pages;
  • WooCommerce stores;
  • custom WordPress solutions;
  • CRM and API integrations;
  • business process automation;
  • AI solutions and chatbots;
  • analytics and tracking systems;
  • custom dashboards and internal systems.
06
Do you work only with WordPress?

No. WordPress is one of our primary directions, but we also work with:

  • custom frontend/backend development;
  • integrations;
  • APIs;
  • automation systems;
  • AI-based solutions;
  • CRM-related projects.
07
Can we refer clients to you on a long-term basis?

Yes. We are interested in long-term partnerships with agencies and teams that regularly receive requests for website development or technical implementation.

08
How is the partner commission calculated?

In referral partnerships, the partner receives a commission from the completed project. The commission depends on:

  • project type;
  • complexity;
  • project budget;
  • collaboration format;
  • partnership volume.
09
Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. We can sign an NDA or work within your agency’s internal processes if required.

10
Do you work with international agencies?

Yes. We collaborate with both Ukrainian and international agencies and teams.

11
How does project estimation work?

To estimate a project, it is recommended to provide:

  • a short project description;
  • technical requirements or project structure;
    references;
  • a list of required functionality;
  • preferred timelines;
  • information about the collaboration format.

After reviewing the request, we prepare:

  • a preliminary estimate;
  • approximate timelines;
  • a proposed workflow;
  • a list of required project stages.
12
Is a call required before starting collaboration?

No. Most partnership requests are reviewed asynchronously. In many cases, it is enough to provide:

  • a project description;
  • technical requirements;
  • examples;
  • a list of requirements.

Calls are usually scheduled only after the initial project review if needed.

13
Can you estimate a project without a detailed technical specification?

Yes. For a preliminary estimate, it is usually enough to provide:

  • a general project description;
  • example websites;
  • a list of required functionality;
  • an approximate project scope.
