Terms of Service
At SAME TE STUDIO, we aim to keep our cooperation transparent, structured, and clear for every client. Below are the key terms regarding our services, payments, and workflow.
Payment Terms
A 30% advance payment is required to start any project.
The remaining 70% is paid after project completion and before the final delivery (including transfer of files, website, or access credentials).
All payments are made according to the issued invoice and agreed currency.
Refund Policy
The advance payment is non-refundable once work has started. In case of early project termination:
- completed work is оплачено proportionally to the work already performed;
- unfinished work is not subject to payment.
Project Timeline
Project timelines are determined individually and depend on:
- the scope of work
- project complexity
- the speed of communication
- the timely provision of materials and feedback by the Client
Delays from the Client’s side may affect the overall project timeline.
Revisions
Each project includes a limited number of revision rounds (typically up to 2).
Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope are billed separately.
Additional Work
Any services not included in the initial agreement are discussed separately and priced accordingly.
Termination
Either party may terminate the cooperation by providing at least 7 calendar days’ notice.
Confidentiality
We guarantee the confidentiality of all information shared during the project and do not disclose it to third parties without prior consent.
