Main responsibilities:
- creating, configuring and optimizing advertising campaigns in Google Ads: search campaigns, display campaigns, Google Shopping / product campaigns, YouTube advertising
- setting up and supporting GA4 (events, goals, conversions, funnels)
- working with Google Tag Manager
- regular analysis of advertising campaign effectiveness: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate
- generating reports and recommendations to improve results
- conducting A/B tests of ads, audiences and pages
- optimizing budgets and bids
- selecting and clustering keywords
- creating advertisements in Ukrainian and English
- communication with the team development
Requirements:
- experience with Google Ads – 1 year or more
- experience with: Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Center
- understanding of performance marketing principles and analytics
- experience with eCommerce projects will be a plus
Language requirements:
- Ukrainian – fluent
- English – level not lower than B2 (for working with English-language projects)
